About this release
Version 4.9 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac contains two bug fixes and additional internal optimizations. DRACOON for Mac now includes native support for Apple M1 chips.
No restart of the PC is required after installing this update.
The update to this version is recommended for all users of DRACOON for Windows/Mac.
DRACOON for Mac: Native support for Apple M1 chips
When running DRACOON for Mac 4.9 on a Mac with an M1 chip, it is now used natively rather than via Rosetta emulation, resulting in faster speed and lower battery drain.
The following problems have been fixed in version 4.9 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac:
These problems only occurred in specific cases, e.g. under certain exceptional circumstances. The vast majority of users were not affected.
- DRACOON for Mac stops responding, and no content is displayed on the DRACOON volume in the Finder.
- Files with 0 KB size are created during synchronization and synchronization problems cannot be resolved and are permanently displayed (by red X symbols).
