About this release

Version 4.14 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac includes one changed behavior and fixes for two issues that could occur with previous versions.

No restart of the PC is required after installing this update.

The update to this version is recommended for all users of DRACOON for Windows/Mac.

Change

Version 4.14 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac changes the following behavior:

• If synchronization is paused, files that have not yet been synchronized cannot be opened until synchronization has been resumed. So if the synchronization is paused, the automatic download of files will no longer be initiated if they are opened, for example, by double-clicking.

Bug fixes

The following problems have been fixed in version 4.14 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac:

These problems only occurred in specific cases, e.g. under certain exceptional circumstances. The vast majority of users were not affected.

• Opening Office documents could fail with a path error message unless the download of the document from the DRACOON cloud had been manually triggered with the "Make available offline" command.
• When uploading large files, the available bandwidth may not have been fully used.
